Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all such accounts will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses will be cancelled. Accounts may not be transferred to any third party.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotions

bengalbet regularly offers various promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Current promotions are:

• Monday Slots Fun: 25% bonus, up to ৳2,500, wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳500.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bengalbet takes a strict stance on bonus abuse and manipulation. If multiple accounts, family members operating accounts from the same environment, or strategic betting patterns aimed at obtaining bonuses are suspected, bengalbet may cancel the bonuses and place the account under investigation.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus must be used within a set period from the date it is awarded. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. bengalbet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet on bengalbet is considered final. However, bengalbet reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds being offered, or an error by a data feed provider. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

5.2 Match Cancellation and Settlement

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet is generally considered void and the original stake is returned. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection may be removed and the remaining selections settled at the combined odds of those selections. bengalbet uses data from recognised data providers for result settlement.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

bengalbet may set a maximum winnings limit per single bet for specific markets or events. This limit may vary by market and is subject to change.

5.4 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, bengalbet may accept or reject the bet at the new odds. bengalbet is not responsible for any bets missed due to loss of connection.

5.5 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets.
• Being involved in, or benefiting from, manipulation of odds or results.
• Placing bets using another user's account.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.

The bengalbet VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is a set percentage of the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier based on regular play. Cashback received through VIP tiers may also be subject to wagering requirements. bengalbet reserves the right to change VIP terms.

7.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time through support. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn.

7.2 Closure at bengalbet's Initiative

bengalbet may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Operating an account while being under 21.
